2024 Summary
In 2024, the project scope was finalized. Kimley-Horn was awarded the Engineering Design Services Contract and initial design began.

2025 Summary
2025 consisted of hosting the Technical Advisory Committee meetings, developing the Design Ranking Criteria, and completing the three Design Concepts, Traffic Impact Analysis and Public Comment Period. Following the completion of these items, City Council directed the project team to move forward with Design Option 2C.
